• Support the US Intermediate Holding Company and US Broker-dealer’s Regulatory filings by providing data enrichment to reporting teams (e.g., for the FOCUS report submission to FINRA and FR Y-9C to the NY Federal Reserve Bank).• Enrichment provided includes trading security attributes and counter-party information to ensure complete and accurate reporting to Regulators to reduce refilling risk caused by poor data quality and/or data gaps.• Engage with US Regulatory and Financial Reporting teams to understand their data quality issues and raise remediation requests. • Designed logos, business cards, brochures, product labels, banners, posters, T-shirts, etc. on a two-person team. • Processed clients’ email, phone or walk-in orders, which included providing pricing and delivery estimates. • Managed projects in Zenkit; logged order specifications, assigned and prioritized orders in queue, and tracked project status through completion.• Communicated extensively with clients to provide updates and process edits and/or design changes. • Assisted with generating business by cold-calling potential clients and pitching services offered.
