I have worked in the Power and Construction industries for 40 years and have a wide range of experience including 15 years as Power Plant Maintenace Superintendant. Have been a CWI for 9 years (no longer certified), completed studies in Project Management through UoP and currently studying condition monitoring, vibration analysis and recently certified as a Catagory II Analyst. Working in the Engineering department at Covanta Palm Beach Resource Recovery, a waste to energy power plant as a Project Engineer. Some work responsibilities are steam turbine major/minor overhauls as well as all other power plant equipment, writing technical specifications for projects, mechanical drawing reviews and approvals, field project implementation, and cradle to grave project management.
