During the past two decades, I have had a general practice that has focused on civil law; mostly a commercial practice. I have appeared before township boards, mayors court, small claims, county, municipal, probate, common pleas, and appellate state courts in over 20 counties as well as federal agricultural boards, federal district and bankruptcy courts, The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and petitioned the Supreme Court of the US. I have prepared and executed numerous real estate transactions, formed many business associations, prepared tax returns of all kinds, drafted wills and trusts, and administered estates.

As Control Bid Attorney’s my primary responsibility was to maintain currency in the law in order to react within the short time frames forced upon a control bid and to review those bids; the bulk of the hours, however was spent reviewing securities registration and exemption filings of all varieties as well as pursuing periodic enforcement matters.
