Food Safety, Quality Assurance Manager (Ht, Nfc)-Stuffed Italian Bread Products), Pork Fatback
CurrentIn addition to the job duties listed below in my previous FSQA Manager role, at my current position I have gained experience working at a dual USDA and FDA Facility. I’ve expanded my knowledge base to include stuffed Italian Bread products: strombolis, pretzel & bagel dogs, kolaches, calzones, pizza rings, and most recently pork fatback. I have also attained PCQI, Intentional Adulteration Vulnerability Assessment, and Better Process Control Certifications. Since joining the Charlotte Team in September of 2019, I’ve successfully led the two facilities through one FSA, one FDA state conducted audit, and three SQF Audits; the last of which was conducted in February of 2021, with a rating of excellent. I’ve been able to successfully adapt to changing and face-paced environments. As part of the Charlotte Team I drove continuous improvements at my facilities.
