This position includes many different online resources such as, Five9, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Virtual Observer, Zoom, Neighborly Software, amongst general email and communication software. Providing applicants with current up to date information dealing with application status along with minor tech support involving website accessibility and navigation. Ability to multitask taking calls, checking emails for program updates and procuring vital information applicants can use while filing. Ability to deescalate disgruntled callers and escalate inconsistent application information. Callers are the general population and use of the interpretation line is used to understand applicants who speak languages other than English.
