Over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with experience in programming; systems analysis, design, testing; process improvement; and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)/Quality Assurance (QA). My expertise includes business process analysis, development and improvement, quality assurance (QA), software development, and project management. Recent experience includes project management and IV&V/QA services for Oklahoma’s eligibility system implementation, Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Replacement, and International Classification of Diseases, version 10 (ICD-10) remediation projects. Currently Project Manager of the IV&V project for the Tennessee Eligibility Determination System (TEDS) implementation. As a Quality Assurance and Testing Expert for Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), I assisted in the development of system and business requirements for the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) MMIS Replacement Project, and assessed DHS’s readiness to conform to Federal X12 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Transaction standards for Medical Claim processing.
