I am a Talent Acquisition Leader at ServiceSource, Inc, where I implement and improve recruiting and selection processes, source and hire candidates, train recruitment staff and HR partners, and collaborate with the HR team on various aspects of HR. I report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.I have managed and led recruitment and talent acquisition for the entire company at ServiceSource and Pitney Bowes and provided recruitment and selection support to CBRE (Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis) and The Associated Press. I have a MBA in HR from Eastern Michigan University and a BA in Finance from The College of William and Mary. My core competencies include DEI, allyship, Workday, job postings, and recruiting.
