Wrote Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals for the RENEW Pharmaceutical Line of automated packaging equipment, using FrameMaker 11. These manuals contained installation guidelines, equipment cold settings, operational procedures, crossover procedures and customer maintenance instructions. Verified the accuracy of procedures contained in the manuals at the end user facility.Additionally, I assisted in the training and support of personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment at the facility.

Developed Mil-Spec Training packages for Ku/Ka-Band Satellite Communications TDMA/FDMA network, including Regional Hub Nodes, Mobile and Flyaway systems.Hosted in-house meetings with customer representatives for review and validation of training material. Developed material for the transition of RF Feed, racked electronics and software that is required to transition of systems from Ku to Ka-Band and back again.
