CurrentMr. Hardens experience spans more than twenty-five years of integrating comprehensive security technology, management, and consulting services. The majority of his work has involved analysis of potential threats and the design of appropriate aggressive defensive strategies in commercial, industrial, institutional, and government environments. Mr. Harden has originated strategies in risk assessment, integrated security systems design and implementation, crime prevention, crisis management, security awareness, executive protection, crowd control, fraud prevention and the development of security management training orientation curricula. Most recent experience was the engineering and implementation of an integrated security system to include biometrics, video analytics, physical security measures, training armed security manpower, and the development of operational policies and procedures securing several hundred million dollars’ worth of assets. Mr. Harden is a veteran of both the United States Air Force and U.S. Marine Corps where he was decorated multiple times for “heroism” and lifesaving.
