– Develop and oversee technology strategy for the company, including infrastructure, database, architecture, applications and employee support.– Lead and develop Open World technology in Sri Lanka through strategic liaison with global management of branches in United Kingdom, Singapore, and China.– Work with global management and external customers to ensure technology can support and enable strategic business and customer requirements.

– Lead the General Insurance software solution which covered five modules namely Underwriting, Receipting, Claims, Re-insurance, Sales & Marketing.– Lead the Embarkation-Disembarkation module in the software solution for Department of Immigration and Emigration.– Conduct pre-sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.– Conduct gap analysis of clients relative to existing solution and propose the best-fit for their requirement.– Manage the localization & customization including development & implementation to set deadlines.– Maintained adherence to ISO 9001:2000 and CMMi standards.
