I have been a Commercial Real Estate Lender since 1988. Most of my clients were concentrated in metro Philadelphia and southeastern Pennsylvania. My responsibilities included prospecting, compiling information for the approval process, documentation, and loan closing.In addition, I currently supervise four Commercial Real Estate lenders in Berks, the City of Philadelphia, and suburban Philadelphia. Each lender maintains a substantial portfolio and is also responsible for generating new business through referrals or by prospecting.
