Responsible for creating initial orders and replacement throughout the season at the size and store level for Department Stores (El Corte Inglés, Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, Inno, and Coin), own stores, and Outlets, with the aim of increasing sales while generating the least possible excess stock.Revenue: 10 Million - 180K unitsTeam: 2 people𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗦:- Sales forecasting (5 lingerie brands + 3 swimwear brands) and necessary purchases at the SKU level.- Creating assortments by point of sale and brand (product mix).- Tracking KPIs and sales planning.- Monitoring stock levels to avoid excess at the end of the season.- Weekly sales reports.- Planning promotions and sales with Marketing.- Participation in the collection creation process.- Presentation of the collection to clients (with Marketing and Commercial).- Product meetings with ECI salespeople to decide the best assortment.- Commercial relationship with major accounts.𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:- Reduction of excess stock between 5 and 10 percentage points per brand at El Corte Inglés.- Leading the promotion calendar to anticipate product needs.

Product management and distribution of the product (Eastern Countries Area) in order to optimize the sales and rentability of each point of sales, ending the season with the minimum leftover:- Initial orders creations.- KPI’S follow up.- Sales and promotions follow up.- Transfers between shops.- Constant contact with the Planners team to communicate the needs of my markets.

- Multilingual translation: Conversion of texts from Spanish to English and French, covering projects, dossiers and memoranda addressed to stores and supervisors.- Interpretation: English interpreter in showrooms.- Communication link between supervisors and international stores, and telephone service in English and French.
