A minha paixão pelo exercício falou mais alto e decidi mudar a minha vida ! Disse adeus à minha área inicial de Engenharia Biomédica, tirei a formação de Técnica Especialista em Exercício Físico e não me imagino tão feliz a trabalhar noutra área. Encontro-me atualmente a trabalhar como Personal Trainer no estúdio de treino personalizado EvolutionStudio. A minha máxima é prestar sempre um serviço com a melhor qualidade possível, com o foco nos objetivos, necessidades e individualidades dos meus alunos, seja para ganho de massa muscular, perda de massa gorda, correção postural ou reabilitação de lesões. Atualmente, encontro-me a tirar uma Pós-graduação em Reabilitação e Prevenção de Lesões Músculo-Esqueléticas, sendo que já tirei a formação de Instrutora de Pilates Nível I e um curso de Exercício Físico para Grávidas.

Master's thesis: "Driver’s Fatigue State Monitoring using Physiological Signals".Development of algorithms to detect driver's fatigue/drowsiness using physiological signals, especially electrocardiogram. The research group Biomedical Signals and Systems is participating in a national project together with SME (Evalan, Amsterdam, Netherlands), Royal Dutch Army and the Ministry of Defence, to determine the physical condition, endurance and resilience of military personnel during selection, training and operation. For that purpose, a sensor based measurement system capable of monitoring the load and load capacity of soldiers is being developed. Main contributions: development of a model to estimate the backpack weight carried by the soldier using pressure insoles and development of an algorithm to estimate the walking speed per step.Programming language: MATLAB
