As part of a team of Economists in charge of evaluating the Ministry of Education's policy "Acting for social diversity", I organized twice the annual data collection with a sample of 8000 students in 80 middle schools in metropolitan France, and later cleaned the data using STATA and participated in the analysis. My missions included:* Coordinating and managing project partners throughout the implementation of the study;* Designing and implementing a data quality assurance protocol;* Hiring, training, and managing the field assistants who conducted the data collections, as well as two interns;* Managing the budget, including tracking all expenses to ensure costs were within project funds, and applying for additional fundings;* Monitoring the logistics of the project: survey equipment and instruments, surveyors' housing and transportation during their missions;* Supporting the research team in writing a progress report for the Ministry.* Adapting the experimental protocol to the constraints resulting from the pandemic in 2020.

I supported the monitoring of the ÉQUITÉ program, which consists in developing fair trade chains in West Africa, subsidized by the French Development Agency (AFD). * Keeping in touch with field managers in five countries, I synthesized their reports and passed on the information to my superiors. * I was in charge of creating a newsletter for external partners to the project, as well as managing the project's website.* I kept track of international news about the agricultural sectors included in the program.I also took part in the conception and edition of a guide for developing a "Made in France" fair trade sector. I met various actors of the fair trade sector, which helped me write my Econometrics Master thesis: "Market access and agricultural performance, the importance of producer organizations in Peru"

Under the supervision of the Research Associate, I participated in organizing the 2016 data collection for the randomized evalutation of a program fighting against school drop-out, and I aggregated and cleaned the data. I was in charge of the communication with 90 surveyed middle-schools, as well as providing administrative and logistical support to the team of field assistants.

Data collection via household interviews, for an impact study of Veolia's project "Eau Solidaire", in the suburbs of Paris.

I assisted the Senior Inspector in visiting microentrpreneurs applying for a loan in order to assess the viability of their projects and their ability to pay. I also made telephone inquiries to check the authenticity of loan apllicants' personal data

UFB is an association in charge of collecting donations from businesses and financing projects of charity associations in Belgium. I conceived and conducted a study on the business donators' CSR philosophy and their satisfaction with UFB in order to improve UFB's services and strengthen the donators' commitment. I also took part in writing UFB's annual report for year 2013-2014.
