In charge of the development of a new business unit. I handled the marketing and strategy missions as well as the commercial ones. Exhibitions: Participatation to Friedrischafen and to Le Bourget. Organization of the events (pitch, marketing tools & flyers, meetings with prospects / partners...). Redaction of commercial offer and pricing.

Surfeo is certified ISO 9001 & EN 9100 and is in charge of the business development of aerospace & high industries (energy, railways,...) manufacturers in Europe.- In charge of a portfolio of 7 manufacturers- Definition of the sales strategy and the business development strategy in Europe.- Promotion of capabilities and solutions (COTS & Build-to-specifications) to the key decision makers and end-users (Procurement managers, Engineering, Program, Quality, ...) during onsite meetings, workshops and techdays- Identification of opportunities in the major Aerospace accounts (OEM, Tier 1, Airlines, Tier 2, MRO)- Management and follow-up of complex business cases (RFI, RFQ, RFP) through the whole sales process.Other missions I have handled at Surfeo:- technological benchmark for EDF- strategic partnership mission : M&A
