I'm a Biomedical Engineer passionate about innovation, data, health and people. This guided me in my decisions, both personal and professional. Something that fascinates me is understanding how our activities, whether routine or not, impact the lives of people around us or at the end of a chain of activities, which gives me a philosophical look at life as a whole.Nowadays I work in the Business Analytics team, assisting the Clinical Research team, participating in the patient care journey in identifying patients with possible rare diseases. It's amazing to see the possibilities that data gives us! I'm developing skills like:★ Project management;★ Data manipulation via Google Cloud Platform (GCP);★ Frequent use of SQL and Python languages★ Use of data for decision making, based on the construction of descriptive and predictive analyzes and dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI;★ High performance communication.In 2022 I worked on the Outcome team, focused on Value-Based Medicine, within DASA's Board of Hospitals & Oncology. My eyes lit up when I saw our impact on patients' lives with data. I developed skills like:★ Scrum-guided project management;★ Driving critical processes (PMBOK) to identify opportunities and priorities for automation purposes;★ Innovation with proposals that have synergy with our deliveries;In 2021 I was part of the Performance Management and HR Innovation team, in the People & Culture department at DASA. I saw in practice how important People are for the development of an Ecosystem, as well as understanding the CIA's strategies for the future both as an Organization and for the health sector in Brazil. I developed into:★ Strategic planning with market intelligence, scenario analysis and definition of goals/projects connected to the strategy, supported by methods such as SMART;★ Two-dimensional Goal Management (OKR) and oriented towards dynamic execution;★ Integrated management, process improvement, corrective and preventive actions linked to the management of KPIs that also gave me experience in results-oriented management systems;★ Governance of the management master plan (projects, goals and routines) with effective performance in People products (modeling and execution);★ Conduction of POCs focused on virtual assistant and analytics applied to the business.➤ Guided by improvement and management tools such as PDCA, Kanban and 5W2H to leverage the Organization's results.
