• Drove sourcing and negotiations that resulted in over $13 million in hard savings since 2011
• Actively managed a portfolio of over 600 suppliers with the balanced goals of improved cost, quality, and delivery for the business units in my areas
• Led the bidding and negotiation process for Hawaiian’s contract services ground handling bids
• Gathered requirements for and purchased an average of 100 individual pieces of Ground Support Equipment each year for our stations, averaging about $5 million in spend annually, while driving supplier consolidation.
