 Yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including headcount, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards Supervise targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Function wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role Review Month close activities for the businesses, support in deal vs. Projected P&L of all new deals, help operating leaders to understand the key financial metrics to drive efficiency and profitability. Provide financial support to the business in the short term and long term strategy like new site setup, Joint Venture, change in Org structure, cost-benefit analysis etc. Develop robust financial models and scenario planning

 Preparation of Monthly MOR (Monthly Operation report) Monthly, Quarterly & Year-end Financials as per Indian GAAP. Margin analysis on Product level, Customer level & Item level. Prepare Sales Analysis report/Flash report on a daily basis. Controlling all day to day accounting like accounts payable, accounts receivable activity etc. Coordinating with audit authorities for conducting the audits to ensure that finance and accounts records are prepared and maintained as per the Accounting Standards & Guidelines. Handling statutory compliance like TDS, TCS, GST, PF, ESIC etc. Monitoring all the primary and secondary schemes of customers

 Reporting to Finance & Accounts Manager, handing a team of 18 members. Ensure “complete, correct and updated” maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with company & generally accepted accounting principles. Monitor implementation of Internal Audit recommendations. Fund flow planning & forecasting. Managing credit & collections. Prepare annually budget and monitoring expenses. Review Monthly Debtors/Creditors ageing & review open items of vendor/Customer with the management. Monitoring provision/accrual of all the regular expenses. Monitoring MAP (Marketing Action Proposal) related to all types of marketing expenses & ensure it should be follow as per the procedure. Handling statutory compliance like TDS, GST etc. Preparation of Branch wise Profitability report. Preparation of Brand wise monthly analysis report. Preparation of MIS reports like ATL & BTL report, Variance Analysis report etc.  Monitoring all the primary and secondary schemes of customers. Verification of Sales Team Incentives. Inventory Management & Control. Coordination with Auditors like Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Corporate office Internal Auditors (Jakarta Auditors). Monitoring all the back office functions.

 Providing support to the management in completion of accounting transactions in SAP. Bank Reconciliation statement on weekly basis.  Recording of transaction in SAP like accounts payable to creditors, LC payments, LC opening. Buyers’ Credit, hundi, accounts receivable, Bank Guarantee. Verify all the charges debited by the banks. Ensuring timely repayment of principal & interest on various term loans, Cash Credit, WCDL & FCL. Making a schedule of all principal payment related to term loan. Involving a cash management System Taking a follow up with the bank if Banker charged any discrepancy or excess interest charged in term loan or CC A/c. Online tax payments of statutory dues. Preparation of trial balance. Look the financial matter of the company like Preparation of CMA Data.
