- Sourcing and assessment of early-stage impact enterprises including Clean energy, Education, Healthcare, Food and Agri, Microfinance and other emerging impact sectors- Supporting and working with portfolio companies to scale their impact- Business and impact due diligence, including market sizing and independent research- Financial modelling to support investment analysis and recommendations

Independently managing portfolio companies in varied sectors creating social and environmental impact including Clean-tech and energy efficiency, Food & Agro, Healthcare, Fin-tech, Education & Skill development, Microfinance and small finance banks through:-Complete and thorough in-depth analysis of credit worthiness of new customers, renewals;-Monitoring customer’s performance on an ongoing basis and produce periodic review reports; presenting to Risk committee/Investment Committee and recommend risk rating changes;-Work closely with data analytics team to build new automation tools and risk frameworks for various Early Warning Signal (EWS) mechanism by identifying and setting risk triggers and continuous tracking;-Maintaining relationship with the portfolio companies;-Collaborating with Investment, operations and legal teams to complete the investment cycle-Liaising with investors and lenders and support the fund-raising process;

• Make presentations to the banks and other institutional investors on specific sectors of industry as a knowledge sharing initiative by CARE ratings• Prepare industry analysis reports

Responsible for monitoring the credit quality of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients with following key responsibilities• Acquiring relevant qualitative and quantitative data and information from clients• Undertake financial statement analysis, developing cash flow models.• Credit risk and business risk analysis encompassing specific industry risk analysis• Preparation and presentation of rating notes along with the rationales for the ratings assigned• Conducting due diligence of rated entities• Prepare credit reports and press releases and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers• Make presentations to the banks and other institutional investors on specific sectors of industry as a knowledge sharing initiative by CARE ratings, make industry analysis reports
