Being responsible for ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience while visiting the store. Greeting them as they arrive to assisting them with locating merchandise, taking a hands-on approach to keep them satisfied. Other duties and responsibilities included:Stocking merchandise and ensuring workstation was well maintainedGreeting customers as they arrive and thanking them for their patronageHelping customers locate merchandiseProviding relevant sales information to customersWorking to resolve customer complaints and involving management when necessary
