I was the Infrastructure and IT Manager for Latin and Central America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela and Mexico), responsible for the Infrastructure and Unix Operations teams (Solaris, AIX and RedHat), Databases (Oracle and SQL) and MS Windows (AD, AD, Exchange, IIS, etc.) and applications such as Citrix and VmWare.My team provided services to the IT teams in individual countries, to international standards and with tough SLAs.
