Split time between Fortune 10 technology and media and public sector clients (national, state, local, and foreign government). Also part of the CFO Leadership Development program.Highlights have included:- Supported the sale and delivery of >$100M in revenue- Developed a target operating model for finance and the business for a Fortune 10 technology and media company to deliver a multi-year billion dollar strategic growth initiative.- Led a team of 7 to improve the processes and recommend regulatory changes to assist a State agency manage over $14B in Federal, State, and Local funds budgeted to complete over 36 thousand projects following a series of significant hurricanes. Estimated savings from process improvements were $100M in cost and over 100 person-years of time.- Led multiple work streams with over 10FTEs for a State Agency to administer over $400M in Federal disaster relief funding.
