I’ve enjoyed many roles, from business development across EMEA to CEO of a New Zealand technology services company to GM of a Japanese-owned corporation. I have learned that I thrive on building and leading high-performing leadership teams and the operational environments that will support them, including ensuring they sustain beyond my own tenure. I have a strong track record of creating and delivering transformational change for businesses, and am particularly proud of what we achieved at Canon NZ, transforming the B2B business from severe underperformance to a very highly performing organisation that will continue to win under the leadership of the team we built. I love my current role, leading growth for Kindo, a wonderful home-grown niche SaaS business doing awesome things for schools and school parents.
