In my nearly two decades of contracting, I’ve filled a number of roles across organizations. I’ve been a project manager, a program manager, a proposal writer, a recruiter, a programmer, sysadmin, and probably a few other hats I’ve forgotten about because I didn’t wear them very well. I’ve worked on and managed large and small contracts for federal, state, and local government customers as well as a good number of private sector customers.My core role at Capitol Bridge is to keep the technology boat floating, ensuring that we are always ready to support rapid implementation and ongoing success of large-scale, tech-enabled contracts. I manage the development and implementation of technology projects that allow us to quickly meet complex customer requirements head-on, without sacrificing quality or security. I also work directly with our customers to ensure the technology solutions we bring to the table demonstrably meet requirements for security, stability, and fault tolerance, allowing us to bring modern solutions into new environments.For the past few years, I have been working with our team to design, implement, and iterate secure solutions for case and claims management. This has included the development of workflows, software solutions, secure environments, and adaptable processes required to rapidly transition into solving customer needs. We are able to transition in to new projects within weeks, standing up scaleable-on-demand workforces and integrating into customer systems and networks to support the entire lifecycle of claims and case management. This has been particularly helpful for customers facing overwhelming backlogs of claims/case management, but we also provide day forward support as well. Basically if you’ve got a few million of any type of problem that you need to figure out soon, we’re the people to call. We will even help you navigate any constraints or roadblocks that you think are holding you back. We’ve done this in a lot of scenarios for a lot of customers. However bad you think your problem is, we’ve probably seen worse.Past all of the tech stuff and nerdery, I try to help out around the house as much as I can with business development, growth, recruiting or any other areas where I can support the company.Also, if you’re in the Pittsburgh area you probably know that I own the popup/catering company 777 and spend my free time figuring out how to use gravy and bbq sauce int new and exciting ways. I have a fondness for making bagels and I probably make a better pizza than anybody you know
