- Responsible for providing support to the UK&I sales team and other local teams to enable accurate and timely administration of the sales process;- Maintaining sales material, proposals and contract templates, keeping them up to date in line with the needs of the business;- Supporting sales team and local office with administrative tasks (CRM, KYC, etc);- Establishing and maintaining on-going and effective communication with sellers, marketing and local teams to ensure team obligations;- Leading and directing more junior colleagues on key deliverables and assist in prioritizing their activities as required.

- Performing risk analysis and acceptance of the clients of TMF Group;- Escalating potential risks of ML/TF to the next level within the organization;- Monitoring of AML/KYC standards as directed;- Supporting and training of junior employees in ML/TF risk mitigation;- Reviewing profiles using production quality tools to perform quality checks.

- Liaising with TMF Compliance and keeping client KYC files up to date, arranging and reviewing all required documents and creating monthly reports to AM and Compliance Group;- Supporting VAT team creating opportunities inside CRM system;- Supporting all teams in any administrative task;- Supporting the ISO Security Officer with any related task and ensuring that all relevant ISO policies are followed up;- Assisting the Facilities Manager with the Maintenance of office equipment and general facilities management;- Responsible for all hospitality facilities;- As Fire Marshall and First Aider, I have the responsibility of managing Health and Safety in the office, including reviewing and updating all Health and Safety policies and ensuring that they are observed and compliant;- As part of Social Committee, arranging and assisting social activities.
