Prepare comprehensive reports, memos, briefings, and issue violations from inspections conducted in regulated facilities.Coordinated and conducted site trainings with regards to safety programs, practices, and awareness while out in the field. Prepare and issue notices for code violations that have not been complied from regulated facilities.Interpret federal, state and local environmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations for officials, agencies, and public.Processed Hazardous Materials Business Plans for various facilities in San Bernardino County via the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).Perform complaint investigations submitted by either the public or outside agencies with regards to release of hazardous materials and hazardous wastes.Enforce laws and regulations affecting facilities regarding hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and aboveground petroleum storage tanks.
