Participating in every phase of a product development lifecycle in order to create architecture designs that create meaningful user experiences. I spend most of my time working with sales, product owners, client stakeholders, user audiences, and internal development and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of needs, context, and mental models in order to create holistic and positive user experiences. The rest of the time is understanding the organization’s strategic goals and creating UX strategies to help achieve those goals. Along with, evangelizing, training, and integrating best practices in user centered design, user testing, analytics, accessibility, marketing, and cross-platform strategy in an Agile development environment. • Works closely with sales staff in order to understand the client’s needs and identify audience behavior in order to create meaningful solutions.• Co-create solutions with client’s and client audiences during various phases of the solution.• Leads UX team and collaborates with Engineering teams to design holistic products through the entire product lifecycle.• Engages with additional project leads to define UX strategy, research protocols, touch points with clients and client audiences, and UX related responsibilities for the entire product team.• Uses contextual interviews, behavioral data, competitive audits, and information from researchers to understand user goals. • Develops documentation including user personas, conceptual diagrams, story boards, wireframes, workflows, and prototypes to define the information architecture and flow of applications and experiences.• Mentor and educate scrum teams to have a higher understanding of UX best practices and techniques.• Responsible for the team’s execution of strong interaction design principles• Guiding clients through design engagements • Driving solutions within platform constraints and technical limitations
