Responsible for the development and execution of strategies to grow Habitat GTA's major and planned giving programs. Provide executive leadership to the Major Gifts Cabinet, working closely with the Chair, to ensure senior volunteers have the resources and skills required to optimize their participation and success. In conjunction with H&S Mission partners my role entails identifying, developing and leveraging new opportunities while strategically building on the success of current initiatives. In addition to managing a portfolio of individual prospects, organizations and family foundations I currently provide leadership and major gift expertise to my direct reports and manage a group of senior level volunteers.

Play a key role in the planning and implementation of The Conservatory’s major gift program, with a focus on scholarship support.
