Responsibilities:Ø  Bills Payable processing for Sub-Contractors monthly Running Bills as per Work Order and measurement Certified by concerned Engineer and Processing supplier’s invoice as per Purchaser order and MRN. Ø  Analysis of debtors and creditors-Ageing, Vendor Balance confirmation and Refund process.Ø  Verification and Scrutiny of New Work Order and Purchase Order in line with Accepted Cost Estimate for the project. Ø  Complied with the establishment policies and Statutory compliances for project.Ø  Preparation of Budget revenue, expense, profitability & Cash flowØ  Reporting the Monthly Sales, Incurred cost and Profitability, MIS for the project to HQ.Ø  Monthly billing to Customer for various supplies & Works Executed as per Contract Payment schedule Clause.Ø  Reconciliation of Client Ledger after review of Submitted & Certified RA bills and recoveries for timely liquidating client outstanding into cash.Ø  Review of ledgers and creation of Journal entries and provide confirmation for closing of trail balance of project on monthly basis.Ø  Monthly fund forecast for site expenses and its allocation as per the requirements.Ø  Monthly review and closing the cost statement after proper cost allocation in respective cost head.Ø  Reconciliation of GST ITC from Vendor Purchase register and Sub-Contractor Service register for reducing the Working Capital by availing ITC via GSTR-2A/2B Pan Odisha Business operations.Ø  Preparation of monthly Internal Control financial reporting system documents for reporting to Head Quarters.Ø  Verification and processing the Regular Labour Payroll on monthly basis.Ø  Physical verification of Inventory and Fixed Assets of Company.Ø  Managing & Tracking of Bank Guarantees and Fixed Deposit with Clients & Suppliers.
