Lead on the full-scale management of Talent Management cycles: Talent Acquisition, Talent Learning & Development, Talent Retention, and Talent Exit.Lead on Talent cycles across the Levant (Lebanon, Jordan) and Qatar regions in addition to assisting in various Talent Management projects for the MENA region. My duties included but were not limited to:• Sourcing and hiring talents for the Levant and Qatar regions• Facilitating the hiring process of new recruits in coordination with local administration functions • Facilitating the onboarding process for new joiners • Conducting Probation Assessments for new joiners upon completion of their probation period • Managing and reporting the implementation of talents’ appraisal process • Conducting and reporting on Exit Interviews for leavers• Coordinating nominations for trainings based on talents’ training needs and offering support when needed in terms of logistics, reporting etc. • Establishing and maintaining a relationship with local Universities by participating in activities such as job fairs, corporate presentations, talent initiatives etc. • Managing the local Internship program from screening to feedback reporting and offering mentorship to interns when needed • Collaborating on office and talent initiatives with local administration functions • Creating, launching, and managing the first-ever MENA regional Talent-centric Instagram page with a focus on content curation and community management• Managing career and initiatives’ promotion on the regional Careers’ Facebook Page and Talent Instagram page • Acting as a trusted counsel for talents on organizational issues • Working in partnership with local office heads on all the above to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to offer support when and where needed
