Paired with four participants in total over sixteen total sessions. Two youth participants (aged 17) and two children participants (aged 6 and 7). Assisted in the creation of weekly sports/activity planning for a group of up to 20 children. Individually organized two of the sixteen total sessions. For the youth, I organized an outdoor activities session which incorporated a traditional Venezuelan game. For the children, I organized a 10 station multi-activity day which incorporated finishing sport challenges at each station.

Four month internship under the Neuro Rehab program at the University of Calgary.Responsible for assisting clients with exercise and conditioning throughout a four-month period. Ensured proper biomechanical movements were performed. Assisted with modification of exercise plans to ensure clients were on track to meet goals.Completed pre-session project by creating unique workouts for a specific participant with a disability. Learned basic sign language focused around words that are used repetitively in a gym setting. Paired with four participants with varying levels of mobility and physical skills. These ranged from paraplegia to almost fully mobile individuals.
