Such as liquid dispensers, feeders, labelers, baggers, XYZ robots and measurement equipment.• Provide detailed design documents, mechanical drawings, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, equipment description, equipment operation, equipment maintenance and setup, electrical / mechanical spare part list.• Work directly with suppliers in order to develop the requirements and specifications for the projects. • Development of tactical projects creating concepts, prototypes, packaging specifications, packaging instructions, labeling instructions, packaging configuration reports, packaging validations according to ASTM and ISTA, process validation with suppliers and analysis of environmental sustainability.• Responsible for developing the new packaging enterprise platform which will impact the next five years in the business, reducing from 13 boxes to 5 boxes, improving the packaging configuration and using more sustainable materials.• Development a cost estimation software for early concept stage which will estimate a price from the final packaging.

• Manage activities with software suppliers as well as work up logic for software development oriented towards spec balancing and production order break-down. • Development of Software for our “Structural Hearts” business function, needed to analyze and report on annual budgets and expenses. • Development of 20 fixtures for CPS manufacturing department.

• Support in the design and documentation of different packaging projects.• Sustainability software development for the packaging engineers, reducing analysis time in regards to materials used in packaging, from virgin materials, recyclable materials and renewable packages.• Support in the creation of the documentation template required to concentrate packaging requirements and specifications, allowing traceability for all changes and modification in projects from its development to implementation.
