I serve as a functional and technical expert on a professional services team. I advise customers and configure the ServiceNow platform and Employee Workflow applications (e.g. HRSD) and their corresponding employee experience channels such as the Employee Center portal

Responsible for system administration and technical consultation for Saba Cloud, Hyatt's global learning management system (LMS). This includes responsibilities for requirements gathering, consultation on functionality, configuration, testing, release management, documentation, and user support for a user base of over 120,000 users. Was technical lead for rolling out new manager training to our organization globally. This includes SSO configurations and data integration and with new vendors including LinkedIn Learning. Also had similar responsibilities in managing a team that owned the Cornerstone OnDemand system which was used for succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning in the Americas.

Served as the primary system administrator for the company's global learning management solution. Supported PeopleSoft LMS, managing the production support, troubleshooting, course loads, data feeds, and enhancements for the system. Then I served as Hyatt's technical lead in the implementation of Saba Cloud.
