Managing a team of experienced sales managers and sales support as well as the channel, I am responsible for accelerating sales, promoting Wärtsilä Voyage solutions full folio.In the first very challenging year amidst pandemic I was responsible for growing the Greek & Cypriot markets. I restructured the local team and re-assessed our partner management strategy and very soon after some significant quick wins, I was selected to lead the growth of the East Med region with an extended team. I focused my efforts to recruit the best talent and working on the team strengths while keep always in touch with my customer base.In the second year with a completely new line-up at 60%, the team managed to triple the vessel order intake for the most important product FOS, tripled the YOY OI in ECDIS, while growing all other product lines, including the monumental JRCC simulator at Larnaca finally exceeding 4% the challenging OI for the area (+12% YOY). Big part of the success were alterations to the channel strategy and the news of integration with Marine Power department in Q4.It was a remarkable achievement given the challenge of merging two territorial offices and managing Russian and Ukrainian colleagues that were severely affected by the war. Furthermore I took the initiativeto revitalise our NACOS sales with the yard business in Turkey for the first time, setting the team for some big numbers. The team organised two successful company events (one in Posidonia) and I personally promoted the company to at least 4 panel discussions in Greece including Shipping Finance 2022 and SMM in Hamburg.The third year started with major restructure as Voyage is integrated in Marine Power and split in two different divisions. The team was re-distributed and a new role has been assigned to the position.

Joined the brand new StormGeo's Greek office branch. Reporting directly to Sales Manager Europe and the Shipping HQ's in Bergen, Norway, I am currently responsible for expanding StormGeo’s clientele base and contributing to brand awareness and departmental development.In my first only season in StormGeo I had the challenge to make known and expand a newly established office. Alongside my counterpart Nikos Mazarakis we tripled the amount of customers we had back in 2017 and almost doubled the revenue coming from contracts leading to an overall growth of 45% by the end of 2018.In my second season I managed to maintain the high growth rate of the Greek office to around 35% by bringing many significant accounts (Top 20 Greek Shipping Companies) to StormGeo's clientele. With the addition of a new portfolio of products and the hiring of experts to support it, StormGeo's Greek Branch office with a life span of only two years, has become one of the largest in our niche market, bridging the gap between navigation-optimisation-performance monitoring.In the third season amidst Covid-19, I had the most productive year of my entire career, signing more than 15 significant contracts and almost doubling my quota for the year, via an excellent synergy with my peers at the Athenian and Hamburg offices.StormGeo is a multi national company with several global weather-support centers operating continuously year-round. The company provides advanced solutions and decision support for weather sensitive operations worldwide to six key industries: Shipping, Offshore Oil & Gas, Onshore, Renewables, Media and Aviation.
