• Creating, updating, assigning and resolving request tickets in the Ivanti ticketing system;
• Main focus is on New Hire, Modify and Termination tickets for associates;
• Creating multiple tasks for each ticket that are assigned to various teams in Health First to enable access to the many systems that are used by the associates of the organisation;
• Creating and then resolving tasks that are assigned to the Access Management team once they have been completed;
• Using Active Directory Admin Centre to copy paste the ‘AD member of’ info for each associate into the termination ticket so that access can be revoked by the teams before an account is deactivated;
• Using PowerShell as part of the termination process to deactivate associate accounts from certain systems;

• Assigning, updating and closing tickets on Shell’s Service Management ticketing system ServiceNow;
• Being the first point of call for customers of many different levels concerning asset returns and re-deployments;
• Keeping an open line of communication via Outlook, Skype and face-to-face with the other businesses within Shell and working with them to resolve issues that develop and answer any questions they might have;
• Providing Onsite Support Staff cover for other members of the team at other London sites;
• Using Excel spreadsheets to keep track of asset/peripheral deliveries across the business;
• Using Shell's Real Estate postal system to send assets to different sites for re-deployment and send peripherals to other sites and customer homes;

• Setting up meeting rooms for colleagues by testing the audio and visual connections and checking that the conference phones are in working order and also moving the furniture and walls ready for company meetings;
• Supplying and upgrading hardware and installing software for colleagues and visitors;
• Setting up Cisco phone profiles and voicemails and deleting old profiles from the system;
• Conversing with Knoxville head office to resolve issues in the London office via Outlook, Skype, Zoom and telephone;
• Speaking to other colleagues in the office via the telephone, Skype and Outlook to address issues and requests;
• Creating, assigning and closing tickets via the ServiceNow ticketing system;
