Engineering and SRE support for Comcast’s private cloud platform.Notable accomplishments: • Engineering and operational support for several national and numerous regional datacenters for Comcast's private Openstack cloud infrastructure • Cloud platform supported Xfinity X1 cable and Xfinity Home products (along with many others) for an ecosystem of approximately 23 million customers • Nearly 40,000 lines of code from the team up-streamed to Openstack open source project. • Team won Openstack Foundation’s prestigious Superuser Award in 2015

• Staffed and led a group of system engineering professionals to manage CNBC’s global content delivery infrastructure. • Scaled out multiple datacenters and dropped commercial CDN service while improving availability and decreasing cost at the same time. • Built and operated systems for all on-air graphics. • Assisted with onshore and offshore teams to develop and test new CNBC digital products and design production environments that scaled without drama. • Coordinated periodic security vulnerability testing and remediation.
