Retained as part of the post-acquisition leadership team to lead all facets of technology integration. Managed a team of 40 engineers supporting an asynchronous clinical care platform which included clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, payments, insurance, labs, patient messaging, order management, subscriptions, customer service, and pharmacy fulfillment.

Recruited to scale the DTC asynchronous telemedicine platform. Served as technology lead, providing oversight for 60 engineers across product engineering, developer experience, data analytics, machine learning, infrastructure, security, and IT. Diversified offering and developed a multi-condition asynchronous technology platform for women’s health-enabling clinical care subscriptions and cross-adoption opportunities with 400,000 active patients.

Promoted to lead global platform engineering team of+100 across SRE, developer experience, payments, risk, backend, frontend, and mobile services for Eventbrite’s internal and external developers following its acquisition of Ticketfly. Grew engineering leadership team by 7 and the engineering organization by 34 within 21 months and supported more than 350 engineers across San Francisco, Vancouver, Nashville, Argentina, Madrid, and Vienna.

As a member of the executive team, led engineering at Ticketfly (which was acquired by Pandora and subsequently Eventbrite). Managed core engineering teams which included backend, frontend, mobile, platform, developer tools, site reliability engineering, and Agile coaches. Helped grow the business to +$500 million in annual revenue, processing more than 11.2 million tickets for 80,000 events across North America and enabled Ticketfly to be positioned as a serious contender in the ticket distribution market managing ticket distribution for 360 venues through their white label product.
