My primary responsibility in this role was business transformation. We deployed the Zep Business System (ZBS) a lean business management system. It is a repeatable, teachable process that used to create superior value for our customers, shareholders and associates. Rooted in our core values, it is our culture. ZBS provides the principles, method, tools and techniques to ensure that we are continuously improving our ability to meet or exceed customer requirements on a consistent basis. Core values at the foundation, key focus on the customer, hard targets and KPIs along the way and a very systematic methodology to make sure we can execute and sustain in every business process Developed and implemented lean six sigma belt certification programs based explicitly on knowledge, kaizen engagement and a cadence of sustained results. Lean master studied under the original architects and the Toyota Productions System and Danaher Business System.Implemented Lean beyond supply chain and manufacturing including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal, customer service, R&D, innovation and compliance.Utilized customer engagement value streams to develop a China business model for products made in USA and sold in China to satisfy the China market requirement for American made products and technology.
