As GSC's Chief Engineer and as GSC's propulsion manager before that, Mr. Bostwick has overseen design and development of all our major vehicle propulsion systems since 2007. He originally became involved in these programs while an undergraduate student at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and since then he has participated in the development of fourteen vehicles and the design and testing of eight liquid propulsion engines. His most recent projects in addition to the Phase I SBIR include serving as the PI on an on-going 2015 NASA STTR for the design of a high-performance NLV upper stage, analysis lead for an on-going AFRL-funded study for next generation small launch vehicles, PI on a 2011 NASA Phase II SBIR for the development of a LOX/propylene engine and a suborbital test vehicle, PI on a NASA Phase I SBIR program which culminated in the production and static test firing of a prototype NLV booster stage, managing the P-18 suborbital reusable Launch Vehicle under contract with NASA LSP for high altitude flight services and managing the P-15 vehicle airframe under the ORBITEC vortex engine flight test demonstration project. He has six years of work experience as an aerospace engineer.
