Provides strategic support for University Advancement data management, reporting, and prospect management functions through the creation and oversight of multiple databases, development of data standards, and deployment of information services resources. Works with division leadership in the development and maintenance of fundraising metrics. Responsible in the planning and development of data maintenance and standards for the division and ensure processes are aligned for accurate reporting; includes leading and implementing new technical solutions and projects and evaluating resources to align with division needs. Works closely with end-users in order to understand business issues and ensure reports meet their needs. Serves as a division data steward.

Assists the director in the management of all advancement data, including complex constituent segmentation and financial reporting. Responsible for overseeing reports for the University Advancement audit schedules, Board of Trustees gift acceptance, campaign and philanthropic performance, and other key performance indicators. Maintains databases and runs reports for the most complex constituent data pulls for fundraising. Responsible for the planning and development of data maintenance and standards for the division and ensure processes are aligned for accurate reporting.

Create and implement spending policies for special gift accounts and provide business management in all fiscal matters pertaining to budgetary control, accounting policies and procedures, financial analysis, projections, and special projects. Review gift fund requirements from an accounting and gift agreement perspective in order to assist University senior leadership with gift compliance.

Creates and maintains complex databases, retrieves data for managerial analysis, prepares financial reports, performs accounting for various university fund activities, and assists with financial system administration. Prepares financial analyses, assists with month and year-end closing, and performs various investment administration activities.
