• Built the first tax self-service tool from ADP’s small business product from discovery to launch. Discovery included customer interviews, competitor reviews, data analysis, and user experience testing. Product aimed to lower its categorically call volume and downstream tax errors for clients, leading to lower operating costs and higher customer retention.• Built the new tax notice and amendments page that allows employers to upload and view current and historical tax notices they receive from federal, state, and local jurisdictions. This new page is forecasted to significantly reduce critical call volume.• Constructed a monthly data insights report that included client counts, ancillary product usage, feature penetration rates, NPS scores, retention information, etc. Report done in R.

Goizueta Technology Club (GTA)

• Built a business campaign to automate the jurisdiction process for client jurisdiction changes to reduce concessions and reduce support time; plan included a sensitivity analysis accounting for savings impact of various automation investments, concession reductions, and support times with an overall projected savings of $3MM YoY.• Worked with external firm to improve customer satisfaction by identifying root causes behind client concessions; utilized data analysis tools and techniques, such as regression analysis and heat maps, to identify trends in data.

• Improved Cerner's Read Only solution by altering the activation algorithm to disable underlying clinical tasks rather than switch each end user’s clinical role, resulting in a 50% decrease in implementation time.• Designed a disaster recovery strategy for a Cerner client by analyzing their current technology architecture and subsequently recommending appropriate alterations, resulting in the award of a $500K implementation contract.• Redesigned Cerner’s local data solution to use Oracle Standard Edition rather than Enterprise Edition, saving hosting organization $7MM per year in licensing and support fees.

• Created a plan to migrate the United Arab Emirate’s clinical database by building a solution which included the integration of several 3rd party technologies, saving organization approximately $1MM in licensing and support fees. • Recovered critical missing clinical data by creating an executive approved plan that searched Oracle database tables block by block for corrupt data, resulting in a $500K services contract, which was signed the subsequent week.

• Performed several clinical database migrations to Linux, reducing the organization’s inventory expenses by approximately 500K/year per client.• Created a conversion audit script for client’s clinical databases, leading to a reduction in user errors.• Automated the installation and upgrade of Cerner’s crawler solution, resulting in 1800 man hours saved.
