"Ever tried, ever failed. No matter, try again. Fail again. Fail better." I consider this Samuel Beckett quote a motto of sorts. While I have been lucky to experience a successful career, it is a reminder to myself that success requires a constant commitment to change. Coming from the startup world, I love the energy and excitement that exists from building something as a team. I like to consider myself a champion for change because I have the unique ability to respectfully challenge ideas and help those around me to think outside the box. This skill has allowed me to streamline challenging processes, adapt easily to new opportunities, and strategize important ideas across a variety of markets. I've also been lucky that my career has taken me across the world and has given me the opportunity to understand the many voices outside my own. Having a community of different backgrounds has allowed me to think more strategically in business, influencing real change and delivering on real results. So much more can be done through the lens of diversity and inclusion. I am sharp, career-driven and ambitious, but I also understand the need for adaption, evolution, and teamwork. While my background is within Customer Success, I also have a deep passion for People and Culture and have spent my career championing initiatives and acting as a booming voice for anyone who may feel unheard. Lucky for me, I have had some incredible experiences with wonderful people in companies I still believe in today.
