As the Director of New Business Development at SERVPRO® Team Fabiani, I leverage my extensive fire service experience and network to identify and secure new opportunities for the restoration and cleaning franchise. I also provide fire department consulting services as a Project Consultant at Aspirant Consulting Group, helping fire departments improve their performance, efficiency, and safety.With 44 years of fire service leadership, I have served at the highest level of state government as the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner, overseeing the administration of fire and emergency services programs and grants. I have also held the positions of Chief Fire Officer and Fire Marshal at the Township of Lower Merion, managing a large and diverse fire department and implementing fire prevention and education initiatives. I hold an Executive Fire Officer Certification and a Chief Fire Officer Certification, as well as an honorary Doctorate of Human Letters for my contributions to the fire service. I am passionate and creative about enhancing public safety, developing dynamic teams, and solving complex problems with a solutions-oriented approach.
