I am an Air Force veteran and attorney dedicated to advocating for veteran rights and supporting those who have served our country. During my military service, I specialized in aircraft maintenance and took on a leadership role in analyzing and addressing critical issues affecting servicemembers, such as suicide rates. This work led to significant legislative changes, ensuring better support and resources for military personnel.After my military service, I continued my advocacy through legislative efforts and public speaking. My passion for supporting veterans also led me to establish the Falcon Forward Law Group, which focuses on providing specialized legal support for veterans' disability claims.In addition to my legal practice, I host the '20 Years Done' podcast, where I explore organizational culture within the military and discuss important issues with a range of guests. My blog serves as a platform for sharing insights and detailed guidance on various veteran-related policies and directives.My commitment to veteran advocacy is further reflected in my published works, where I address military policies and their implications.
