-Provide in-person and remote training to a portfolio of 12 refugee resettlement affiliates.-Participate in inter-agency committees to share best practices, lessons learned, and ideas for improving refugee resettlement programs.-Coordinate with affiliate directors, program managers, and case managers to create program strengthening plans to increase the effectiveness of affiliate programming.
