Work with University Events staff to financially plan for a variety of events such as Commencement, presidential events, donor events, and other events as needed. Assist in answering phone calls, filing, taking and maintaining inventory, answering emails as needed, and recording RSVPs.

Collect and analyze data on residential properties via internal records or external field visits to understand the basics of property assessment administration and home construction. Work to verify data relating to new construction and existing properties. Measure and calculate floor area square footage, reconciling property characteristics on County records.

Assisted the service manager to carry out day-to-day operational tasks. Helped to perform routine battery and alignment checks on vehicles in need of service. Relay information about problems with the car between the mechanic and customer.
