    • Was a primary change agent when hired to lead and manage a group to identify, evaluate and implement an industry specific ERP solution for this growing set of four companies. The role quickly expanded to Corporate Program Manager, where I was primarily responsible for all technology efforts.• Post creating the project charter I began gathering and documenting requirements, documented existing business processes, identified weaknesses and then dove into understanding the upcoming federal requirements for produce companies –the Produce Traceability Initiative (PTI)• Led the organization through becoming PTI compliant which included product case and pallet labeling changes, EDI A/P and A/R, product lot strategies and other process changes or creation to ensure product traceability from the field to the shelf. • Post extended assessments, selected an industry specific ERP and began managing the custom software development necessary efforts pre-implantation – a set of projects that primarily lasted Fifteen months• Defined and managed the hands-on structured ERP implementation resulting in the successful use of the new solution, which simplified and created business processes, improved departmental effectiveness, increased effective inventory and order traceability and streamlined communication of departmental progress on their business-critical tasks.• Personally configured and managed the on premises infrastructure for the ERP which has a MS SQL backend, a pool of MS terminal servers and runs in our Windows domain, accessed by SQL remote app or RDP sessions through the WAN from our California facility• Managed and wrote SQL reports delivered through SSRS• Migrated the enterprise to Office 365 from an on prem Exchange environment, which I managed for the years prior to migration• Managed all technologies – from PLCs in the production lines to racks of servers that were critical
