• Placed in a critical role at Verizon in their Global Digital Solutions Center of Excellence (GDS COE), which enables, guides and then governs the software robotics automation efforts throughout the Enterprise. The GDS COE also guides the many other COEs throughout their global enterprise• • Robotic automation technologies used include Automation Anywhere RPA (Robotic Process Automation, Unattended), UI Path RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation, Attended), ChatBot, NLG (Natural Language Generation) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)• Was assigned the two largest lines of business (LOB), Verizon has five LOBs• Used Agile methods for most efforts, and generally used a combined set of management tools which included JIRA and an in-house developed Use Case management tool – DiGT, which was wholly dependent on the associated JIRA stories• Was successful enabling automation throughout the lines of businesses I was assigned, guiding them through the entire digital development life cycle as defined by the GDS COE while I was there• My engagements shorter than expected, Verizon did not renew many contracts due to COVID

• Was a primary change agent when hired to lead and manage a group to identify, evaluate and implement an industry specific ERP solution for this growing set of four companies. The role quickly expanded to Corporate Program Manager, where I was primarily responsible for all technology efforts.• Post creating the project charter I began gathering and documenting requirements, documented existing business processes, identified weaknesses and then dove into understanding the upcoming federal requirements for produce companies –the Produce Traceability Initiative (PTI)• Led the organization through becoming PTI compliant which included product case and pallet labeling changes, EDI A/P and A/R, product lot strategies and other process changes or creation to ensure product traceability from the field to the shelf. • Post extended assessments, selected an industry specific ERP and began managing the custom software development necessary efforts pre-implantation – a set of projects that primarily lasted Fifteen months• Defined and managed the hands-on structured ERP implementation resulting in the successful use of the new solution, which simplified and created business processes, improved departmental effectiveness, increased effective inventory and order traceability and streamlined communication of departmental progress on their business-critical tasks.• Personally configured and managed the on premises infrastructure for the ERP which has a MS SQL backend, a pool of MS terminal servers and runs in our Windows domain, accessed by SQL remote app or RDP sessions through the WAN from our California facility• Managed and wrote SQL reports delivered through SSRS• Migrated the enterprise to Office 365 from an on prem Exchange environment, which I managed for the years prior to migration• Managed all technologies – from PLCs in the production lines to racks of servers that were critical

• Technical project manager and Senior Technical Consultant during the Royal Caribbean Cruises' Corporate Refresh Project• Project consisted of a 2750 desktop computer upgrade/rollout, STUN configuration on all ships to enable ATM Machines and e-mail communication remotely, a Novell to Windows NT migration of 140+ Servers and comprehensive disaster recovery planning for the corporate offices and shipside.• Continued to provide guidance to Royal Caribbean post separating from Inacom

• Engaged on a short-term contract as the I.S. coordinator at The Motorola Corporate Headquarters for the Americas.• Duties included but were not limited to establishing project processes and reporting structure, managing internal resources, retrofitting e-mail services, configuring NT Servers and Workstations, training staff members, migrating users from Macintosh to NT based workstations, and setting standards for the organization's network usage.

• Supervised a technical staff of 12 while working closely with the Director of UNEP. • Was responsible for installing/maintaining the LAN/WAN environment, general troubleshooting, advising staff members, setting up International Video-Teleconferencing, and handling daily computer related issues. • Project leader for special events such as UNEP Inner City Music Competition, Earth Run, Distance Learning, and several UNICEF events.
