• Validation of Bill of Lading (B/L) for MSC Belgium agency, critically analyzing each detail of the Shipping Instruction to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the document, verifying information contained in the B/L such as cargo details (description, quantity, weight), sender and receiver information, ports of loading and discharge, type of payment, relevant clauses, ensuring that the B/L complies with relevant laws and regulations, both from the country of origin and the destination country including customs requirements, international trade regulations, maritime transportation laws, and agency rules. • Auditing of internally processed B/Ls, ensuring quality and similarity to the shipping instruction received by the customer in order to reduce internal errors. • Validation of Amendments/Pre-correction of B/Ls as per customer's needs, pre and post departure of the vessel from the Port of origin, accurately applying updated information and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the original B/L.Support in the distribution of the Shipping Instruction list to the Original Validation team and the Pre-correction team. • Support to the Quality team when necessary, ensuring that sensitive points of the Bill of Lading are assured and sent to the team's focal point in case of information discrepancies.

Trabalhei na Casa de Bolos Goiano durante o período de quase 3 anos, onde pude fazer o acompanhamento dos clientes desde a chegada à loja até a finalização de suas compras, os orientando e indicando sobre os produtos oferecidos. Realizava também a operação do caixa e auxiliava na gestão do estoque.
