Chris is a Project Lead for Avanceon with over 20 years experience providing industrial control solutions. A hands-on manager, he is frequently sought for his electro-mechanical experience and process knowledge to support a solution, whether it be a new installation or troubleshooting and resolving an existing problem. His experiences as a journeyman electrician, electro-mechanical technician, control solutions provider and process knowledge in various industries gives him a unique advantage to understand customer needs and provide a sound solution. As a manager, Chris oversees a core team of engineers. He enjoys helping his team in their personal career growth and sharing his experiences with others so they too can successfully support our customers. In addition, he has provided leadership as a coordinator of our remote project engineering resources. This group of engineers from our remote office locations are frequently relied on to support our core project teams. His leadership and support of both the core and remote project teams has helped Avanceon successfully provide solutions.Additionally, Chris has held roles in Avanceon Support Services group as a Support Engineer as well as Support Manager. He relies on his various skills, knowledge of machinery and ability to interact with customers, from operators to upper management to address issues in a timely manner.
