Focused on achieving results in dynamic environments through guiding and bringing out the best in the individuals I am fortunate to work with. I work with companies that serve consumers' financial needs. In most organizations product management is the area where I would typically be found. What I like about product management is how you are able to develop a product from identification of the need through launch/management, and the ability to work with many areas within the company. I am currently studying for the certified product manager (CPM) exam. My professional career started in retail banking - an area ripe for learning and advancement. I served, then led teams that served customers ranging from the financially challenged to those with high net worth. The bank relocated me because of my proven ability to successfully open and expand new markets. My sales approach produces results while achieving the company's financial goals. In 2008 I wanted to expand my skillset and challenge myself, moving into consultative and B2B roles in financial services, alternative data, and product. While I would contend that the bulk of my career has been in product management, I have spent the past three years officially in that role.
